Another day I had a hard time getting outta bed. Foggy all day and when I did get up, the twins had me off and running. They were real busy today.
They finally took a nap, and so did I!
That's all I have today.
My Dad liked to walk. He was almost always clearer thinking after we power walked. (even at 86 he could walk a 3 mph pace) My theory is all that blood flow and oxygen to the brain helped, or maybe the endorphin's. Read if you can. Crosswords, learn new music. PRESS ON !!! You have a lot of friends praying for you
😊 thanks! Patty and I play together almost every day, and we play an open MIC every Tuesday. I walk to the playground with the twins often, in the good weather we went almost every day! It does help. Reading things longer than a FB post can be difficult because I just can't remember what I just read, so I have to REREAD what I just read, sometimes more than once.
